'Mrs A. Bogorson is a Palmerston North visitor to Auckland.
Mrs H. Akers and Miss B. Akers, of Palmerston North, arc visiting Christchurch.
Mrs J. A. Croon and her daughter Juno have returned homo to Cunninghams, after spending a very pleasant holiday in Napier and Hastings.
Mrs C. Marckbanks, of Hobson street, Wellington, with her two small daughters, is visiting her parents, Mr and Mrs W. L. Fitzherbert, Broadway, Palmerston North.
Mrs A. Howiek, of Linton streot, w r ho recently underwent a serious operation, is making good progress toward recovery, her friends will be pleased to learn.
A very pleasant bridge party was held at the Terrace End Bowling Club pavilion on Thursday last. The party was arranged by Mrs J. Davidson, Mrs J. N. Davidson and Mrs Davies. At tho conclusion of tho evening prizes were presented to Mrs Meadley and Mrs Dawson.
