OAMARU, Sept. 21. The annual meetng of the Farmers' Co-operative Association was held today. The directors' report proposed to write off 5 per cent. fro;n the office furniture and warehouse fittings, 10 per cent, from the plant account, pay a dividend of 7 per cent., pay a bonus of 2\ per cent, on purchases of drapery, ironmongery, and groceries, pay a bonus of 5 per cent, on salaries, refund 5 per cent, of commissions on grain and stock, 25 per cent, on horses, place £772 to the reserve (which stands at £3300), and carry forward the balance. The net profits for the year were £4013 15s sd. The report was adopted.
