WANGANUI BOWLING CLUB.

The following were the full rink games played on Saturday afternoon on a fast green and in delightful weather: Rink I.—Rawson, J. L. Stevenson, T. Rankin and Ross (skip) 23, v Mathieson, Murray, Graham, and P'ountain (skip) 14. Rink '2. —Bate:, Battle, London and Dickton (skip;; 31, v Atkinson, Forbes, Pawson and Kcesing (skip) 10. This was a match game for the President and Vice-President's trophies. Dickson started well and steadily increased his advantage as the game progressed. Rink 3.—Faber, "J. R. Foster, Collins and Rod well (skip) 22, v Thomson, James, Saphir and A. McFarlane (skip) 19. This was another tournament game, tic pegging being very level all throagh tho game, which resulted in a tie of 19 all on the 21st head. An extra h«sad was played, when Rodwell's side was victorious.

Rink 4.—Cres-well, Smith, Milne and Harrison (skip) 24, v Braik, Brookfield, Tuck and Howorth (skip) 15. This was another tournament game, Hai'rison's side started with a strong lead and maintained it.

Rink 5.— J. Stevenson, Greenwood, Hoggard and Cohen (skip) 25, y Ryan, Curri", Pettigrew and W. Rankin (skip) 25. This was a very interesting contest which was won by Cohen on playing an extra head.

Kink 6.—Nixon, Hiorns, J. McFarlane and Spriggens (skip) 26, v Foster Campbell, Palmer and McMurray (skip) 14.

Rink 7.—Muir, Smith, Spurdle. and Stewart (skip) 18, v Gilbert, V. Jones, Nairn and Perrett (skip) 16. Several match games were played during the week in Class A. and Class B. singles. Players are reminded that the first round of the pairs matches innst be concluded on or before the 17tli inst.

The Feilding Bowling Club decided, ■ifter' much consideration, to affiliate with the newly-formed Manawatu Centre.
