Graham 62, F. Taylor 45. Grafton v Ponsonby.—Ponsonbv, Ist in nines. 109; 2nd, 187 for four wickets (Sueddon 75, Young 52j) Grafton, Ist innings, 2 18 for seven wickets, declared closed <S. P. Jones 101 not out, Mason 70, R. Neill 47).
