New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., Palmerston North, report: —At our Himatangi saleyards on Monday we held our usual fortnightly sale. A very moderate entry came forward to a small attendance of the public. We cleared the yard under the hammer at prices satisfactory to vendors: Small b.f. lambs, 15s 6d; s.m. ewes, r.w. S.D. rams, 22s 4d; fat cows, £3 to £4 ss; forward cows, £2, £2 10s to £2 His; store cows, 295, 30s, 31s, to 365; springing heifes, £7 15s; springing heifers, small, £5 ss; dairy cows, £3 to £4 15s.
