N.B.—By section 27 (2) of tho said Act it is enacted that the Registrar, when any dispute is referred to him, may administer oaths, and may require the attendance of all parties concerned, and of witnesses, and the production of all books and documents relating to tho matter in question; and any person refusing to attend, or to prod::-" ntiy documents, or to give evidence before the Registrar, shall be guilty of an offence under this Act. The penalty for such offence is not less than one pound nor more than five pounds, and a new offence is committed in every week during which the default continues.
