No. 46 (1913). —Petition of Haki Amopo and Another. Prating for a reinvestigation to enable the inclusion of their names in the title to Kawhia S Block, Kawhia A Block, Kawhia W (Kopare) Block, and Karewa Township. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry. 19th August, 1913.

No. 282 (1911).—Petition of Wi te Naihi and 29 Others, of Maitahi, Bruce Bay. Prayixg that the Government provide free medical attendance for the Maori residents at Maitahi, Bruce Bay. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for consideration. 19th August, 1913.

No. 259 (1912). —Petition of Matenga te Hiko and 15 Others, of Porirua. Praying that islands named Te Paruparu, Te Kakaho, Nukuwaiata, and Motungarara be returned to them. I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 19th August, 1913.

No. 107 (1913). —Petition of WntßifU Tupito and Another. Praying for an inquiry re their right to inclusion as part owners of a reserve in the Patea District. 1 am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 21st August, 1913.

No. 138 (1913).—Petition of Jank Brown, of Remuera, Auckland. Praying for legislation to enable west coast lands, at present under the jurisdiction of the Public Trustee, to be vested in owners who have been declared to be Europeans. I am directed to report that, as a question of policy is involved, the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 22nd August, 1913.
