Praying that the petition of Taituha Hape and 157 others re Ellesmere Reserve be not granted, and that it be confirmed that the whole Ngaitahu Tribe is interested in the said reserve. I am directed to report that, as the matter is sub judice, the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 10th September, 1913.
