I have the honour to report that at a meeting of the Native Affairs Committee held on Monday, the 30th October, 1922, the following resolution was unanimously carried : — " That the Committee desires to place upon record its high appreciation of the able and courteous manner in'which the Chairman, Mr. J. A. Young, has conducted the affairs of the Committee, and that, this resolution be recorded in the minutes and reported, to the House." 30th. October, 1922. A. T. Ngata, for the Committee.
