No. 50/1942.—Petition of L. C. Clements and Another, of Hamilton Praying for a rehearing of their case before the Armed Forces Appeal Board. I have the honour to report that in the opinion of the Committee a rehearing should be granted to the petitioners, and the Committee therefore refers the petition to the Government for most favourable consideration. 18th June, 1943.

No. 34. —Petition of Messrs. Brown and Dureau, Ltd., of Wellington Praying for a refund of Customs duty. I have the honour to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make. 18th June, 1943.
